Wedding Wednesday: Zuercher May 19, 2012

The dessert sunset was the perfect backdrop for this very special destination wedding we were honored to be part of... Planning ahead was key and constructing a strategy to work with 107 degree temps was a must!

We shipped 10 boxes a week in advance with some gorgeous pieces from our unique specialty rental collection.

A trio of looks blended together creating this gorgeous atmosphere and intimate setting overlooking the Valley from the couples private residence in prestigious Scottsdale, Arizona.

All papery was perfectly coordinated with the modern, sorbet color palette and designed by the sweet heart shout out

Juliet garden roses were a must! afterall, the brides name is.... Juliet!

We adored the photographer that was so perfectly matched to the brides style. Kacey Luvi Photography captured these images that took our breath away!

Catering and Cake provided by Fresh from the Kitchen.

Merry Me designed the fresh floral and provided the pretty cake plate stand and bling to the delicious confection

We lined up some of the best vendors around... Classic Party Rentals Phoenix was one of them.

 Our very special bride was adorned in a 'sherbet' colored gown and a stunning hair piece, custom designed by Suellen Miller designs

Black and White stripes are everywhere, narrow or wide the classic statement they make never goes unnoticed. Either as the backdrop or the finest detail, black and white is hot and now, and we are dying to design with it! Here are just a few ideas we fell in love with and got our minds stirring!

Eventful Fridays: Midwest Orthotic

We would like to introduce a new lineup to our blog!  Every third Friday of each month  you can look forward to a featured party or event, since we  have teased you with sneak peaks  it's now time to share! To kick it off we would like to begin with a Employee Appreciation Party we did for Midwest Orthotic 

What a great way to show your staff how much you appreciate all they do for you! We had the best time designing and coordinating this party and look forward to many fun events with them in the future!

Cortney Bolduan and Matthew Carpenter's desired to have a wedding that was as fun as it was elegant. This was accomplished by using vintage, natural,  and organic elements. Making this  design perfect for their lake Wawasee wedding and reception located at the bride's families home.

Merry Monday: Surprise Wedding

A few weeks ago while watching the season finale of HBO's new show Girls (spoiler alert, if you have not seen it) Jessa, the free spirit of the group, invites everyone to the "party of the year." As guests enjoyed champagne, music starts and a man begins the ceremony.... that's when party turned into a wedding! While most girls love telling and sharing ideas about their upcoming nuptials, this takes a completely different approach and catches everyone off guard for a spontaneous wedding.... and we LOVE it!!

HBO GIRLS

Mark Zuckerberg's surprise wedding to Priscilla Chan took place just  earlier this year, is this a trend we can look forward to? Might be a reason to get a little more dressed up next time we are invited to a "party," let's hope so!!!
