Merry Monday: Paper Art

Traveled back from our destination wedding in Scottsdale Arizona yesterday and missed the opportunity to post our "Merry Monday" so you're getting it on Tuesday this week... so sorry.

Loved this paper decor as I came across different ideas on pinterest and in my blog roll. This paper chain backdrop came from "Floridian Weddings"

Love the ruffled crepe paper idea too. What a great accent to a colorful event! Found on my insanity by kendra blog

These ideas are great! But, keep in mind where you use them could be absolute success or a miserable mess. Don't do this around a bar area because when the paper gets wet, the look is gone. An entry or behind a sweets station are lovely.

We at Merry Me events designed a beautiful wedding of turquoise and white a few weeks ago…it was breathtaking… and what truly was the" icing on the cake" was the ombre design!  The "oh so right now" ombre wedding cake faded from white to a deep turquoise.  Angelic, trendy, and dramatic all at once, could anything be more perfect for a wedding!?
