To start the new year, AFLAC established their theme as "Success by Design" Our team brainstormed ideas concluding the concept of a construction theme could really work great!
Tying in the idea of success begins by establishing a solid foundation. Thus, a backdrop of stud walls and an overall construction site was the atmosphere as the management team kicked off the goals and year incentives to their employees.
Tables featured blueprints while tools, ladders and other props added to the overall look. Music encouraged tapping into all senses with themed music in the background. Tool-shaped cookies were an afternoon snack.
